This week I had the opportunity to speak to a couple of groups of people from Coldwell Banker. After the talk, several of us got into a discussion regarding why we're inclined to listen too easily to everything that's going on around us and everyone saying it.

Here's why we do that.

As children we were told that it's polite to listen to others, then often told that we might learn something. While we grew up believing that, the problem now is that everyone has a soap box.
