We’re about to finish the third quarter of this year and begin the last 90 days of 2018.
This is my Olympic medal. They don’t hand these things out at the end of the first lap, or the second lap, or the third lap of a four-lap race. They hand them out at the end. So that means now that we’re finishing off the 3rd quarter, the year’s still not over for you. If you’ve set goals and objectives for this year that you haven’t reached yet or you’re lagging a little bit behind, it’s OK. The year isn’t done yet. We’ve still got a quarter left to respond, focus on what you need to do, and really get after it for these final 90 days.
If you have met your goals and objectives so far for this year, fantastic! Well done! What can you now set for yourself for the next 90 days to ensure 2018 not only finishes most strongly, you now get 2019 underway like it’s a five-quarter year.
So review where you’re at right now and set down a goal for where you want to be at the end of this year. It’s a 90-day push. Remember, if you’re just slightly off you’re goals and objectives, it’s OK – the race isn’t over yet. We’ve still got one quarter to really make count. Go to it for these final 90days. Start 2019 off on a super-strong, most powerful way.
