    Great points! I can correlate that to the price conundrum…in my business people feel that they can negotiate rate or that our rates are on the high end. It made me think about those customers…they’re time wasters. I don’t need everyone…I need the good ones who understand and value our service offerings and recognize our distinct difference in the market. Thanks Paul. Very good message.

      Thanks Cale. Sometimes we don’t permit ourselves to make such clinical decisions about the person’s circumstances because we can feel like we’re being harsh on the person themselves. But we’re not making judgments on them; we’re simply evaluating our time correctly and appreciating theirs and not wanting to waste either.
